Direct Shipping Instructions to CBL Data Recovery Facilities

When you ship any type of media, it is extremely important that the media is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Proper packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery.

Follow these simple steps to help ensure the safe delivery of your media to CBL’s UK facilities.

  1. If possible, wrap the media in anti-static material.
  2. Package the media in a box twice the size of the media and fill the box with foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.
  3. Include your name and telephone number inside the box.
  4. Ship your media to the CBL location nearest you.
